The eat-in  kitchen is adequately sized at 8' X 18'. The room is well ventilated and well lit with older cabinetry. A small pantry provides ample space for storage. The appliances include a newer flat top oven-range, exhaust hood, refrigerator and a decorative ceiling fan over the eating area. The eating area has a large new sliding window affording a pleasant view of the backyard. The vinyl flooring is very clean and new looking.
