Basement
The basement is full and completely dry. A 11' X 20' room has been finished, complete with dry wall, drop ceiling, heating vents and recessed lighting. The acoustics is good and has been a great family entertainment / home theater room. The unfinished portion serves as laundry area with a new washer, dryer and a convenient set tub.
